I am a clinical psychologist licensed in California. I offer psychotherapy for adolescents and adults as well as assessments for individuals across the lifespan. I am bilingual in Spanish and English, and provide services in both languages.
After a brief career in engineering, I became a therapist to make a difference in people’s lives and the community. I obtained my Doctorate in Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in 2012, and have been licensed since 2013. Through my training and professional career I have provided psychotherapy and assessment in community mental health and medical settings. In my work as faculty at a family medicine residency program, I help train and support primary care providers. I have also worked in primary care, provided clinical supervision to students and unlicensed therapists, and taught graduate-level psychology courses. I am deeply committed to social justice issues and have extensive experience working with LGBT individuals. |
